I studied all day today.
And by study, I mean my books sat next to me on the sofa while I was distracted by organizing my iTunes or something equally asinine.
For the first half of the semester, I was diligent, even obsessive. But the moment midterms were over, halfway through October, I haven’t been able to focus on anything. Can you tell? I hadn’t written in my blog for an entire year until just after midterms.
Is it me, or when you get distracted from responsibilities, is it for the stupidest things and never for anything productive? I could’ve been distracted by laundry, or cleaning, or practicing music, or wage-earning labor, or- God forbid- a little exercise. But no. That is never the case.
