Entry #15: My first extra-curricular social outing

I spent most of the day trying to start my homework.

This evening, I met up with a few folk from the history dept at a nearby bar.  They were meeting to watch UFC on PPV.  However, even though someone (I don’t know who) had called to verify, the bar wasn’t actually showing the fight.  But I did drink soda and talk in a bar for over an hour, so I consider it a social success.

P.S.  Bars are smoke-free.  Neener to my midwest homies.

P.P.S.  I watched all of PR Season 3.

P.P.P.S.  I eated too much mole.  And enjoyed it.
