So. Starbucks. Are you absolutely tired of the coffee-yum-yums yet, or can you suggest a holiday-themed treat? Say… Egg Nog Latte? Just had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. Divine, as expected.
I don’t drink much of the coffee. I can’t do caffeine regularly. Everything there is pretty high in calories. Plus, I haven’t been able to stomach anything the last couple days. I had eaten some carrots and porridge the last two days, but today I had a burrito and am just knotted in the guts. I’m better off staying on vitamins and water.
Like I said on the phone, chicken noodle so up. Soda crackers and/or oyster crackers. Other gentle soups. 6 little meals rather than 3 regular a day. Vitamins, extra calcium, extra vit. D and extra vit. C. Puddings are good. The little fruit cups. Apple sauce.
Huzzah!

That’s the girl. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I’m thinking about you lots.

Maybe a mildly sweetened rice pudding? I hear you have a good pudding shop there.
Oh good god, I forgot about that puddin’ place. Get thee a pudding!
Or, hey, water and vitamins are good too. Refreshing.
I’ve thought about it. I’m working up to eating stuff, but right now, most things don’t sit well.
Maybe I’ll pick up enough pudding tomorrow to lat all weekend. It’s out of the way, but not too badly.
